Map and Directions - Visitors by appointment only

In July 2007 Dave Hutchison has combined his old home and old office into a new home with office meeting all the requirements for the City of Phoenix Home Office Ordinance.  The location is close in, convenient to Highway 51 and easily accessible from all over the Valley. The home is a bit unique - Frank Lloyd Design like, with beautiful views by Lookout Mountain, the NE Valley and Mountain Ranges in the distance.

Home From Street -Frank Lloyd Wright like design flat roofs and added back wing follows downward slope of lot

History of Home

Home originally was a very small 1br in 1964. The original carport is now my office and larger 2+ carport was added later

Prior to 2003 was about 1275 square feet before back wing added 2 bedrooms including large master suite with huge bath and double walk in closets, another smaller bedroom/bath/ and laundry room.

Bamboo floors were installed throughout in 2004, separate air conditioning units for the back wing and main home, and I have done extensive updating with new low e windows, new landscape design, a top line Sunburst Spa on a new 2nd patio deck. Added new flagstone deck and enlarged the original patio deck redone in Flagstone, Will have a waterfall, creek and pond in back. Lot is quarter acre, not huge but enough to do nice things with especially with nice views towards the North yet using landscaping to block neighbors homes.

Purchased in early 2007 in a bidding war above listed price in first week of listing. Combined prior office on 32nd Street into new home in 2007.

When you leave drive further up "my hill" and get an even more gorgeous views of the Valley and Mountains.

View from across Street showing North Valley

Continue North up hill for panoramic view of entire Valley all the way to beyond Mesa
